Inter-level interaction in development management of rural territories infrastructure

The goal of research is definition of conceptual ideas of interlayer communications in organizing of management of rural territories devel-opment on an innovative basis. Fundamental difference and practical val-ue of the developed ideas consist in identifying of connections and interac-tions according to territorial and administrative classification as well as to industry affiliation basing on intra-regional self-regulation. Obtained re-sults can be useful in implementation of rural territories sustainable de-velopment public policy.
