Labor market research for definition of the reasons of discrepancy of level of training of university graduates to requirements of employers

In this article the questions connected with efficiency of employment of graduates of higher educational institutions are investigated. The analysis of demand for work and proposals of labor in labor market of the Ryazan region on the example of the most widespread online resources on employment is carried out. Views of various authors of a problem of discrepancy of level of training of university graduates to requirements of the market are investigated. Priorities of development of the higher education in the region are defined.
