Foreign practice of management of talents

Article is devoted to a research of foreign practice of management of talents. The author considered history of formation and the key principles of the concept of management of talents, degree of study of various aspects talent management in foreign literature is designated. Experience of the first foreign organization in implementation of the concept talent management is studied. Other foreign practices of successful application of a control system of talents are brought. The issue of the choice of tactics of a personnel pool and talent management in Russia and abroad is touched. The conclusion is drawn that demand for competent employees constantly grows, the experts capable to operate its big resources and capacities are required for the companies. Along with it, talented employees became less loyal to the organizations, they seek to do career and do not hold the concrete organization, passing from one company into another for the purpose of professional and personal self-realization. The called factors I can become a key incentive for the domestic private sector for expansion of a range of methods and instruments of deduction of the perspective, qualified and talented personnel.
