Comparative characteristics of the theory and practice of administrative and public administration of foreign countries: evolution and problems

In this article, we give a new look at the evolution of the theories and practices of administrative and public administration of foreign countries. Analyzing existing French and American theories, the main stages of evolution are identified, classified according to the content and problems of theories. In addition, the article carried out a comparative analysis of the theories in question, which served as a basis for identifying the main similar features, as well as the main differences from development.
