Factors determining the evolution of the market for milk and dairy products (on materials of the Ulyanovsk region)

Based on the data of the Ulyanovsk region, the article considers the main factors determining the development of the milk and dairy products market in the region. The structure and dynamics of feed consumption in the dairy industry are considered, the dependence of the productivity of dairy cattle on the feedstuff costs is revealed. The channels for selling dairy products in the region, providing trade areas for municipal districts are considered. The dynamics of the economic efficiency of milk production, the structure of expenditures, the productivity of dairy cattle, which ensures maximum profitability, is considered. Tribal work in the region is considered, a conclusion is made about the directions for further development of the milk and dairy market in the Ulyanovsk region.
