Analytical justification of the choice of the Russian MidCap in the region

In article on the basis of analytical calculations it is proved that among commercial corporate organizations of the region (by the example of Stavropol Krai) the companies of small and average capitalization – MidCap can act limited liability companies. The Russian MidCap determines the development of the commercial corporate sector of the region both in the institutional aspect and in the formation of their financial resource base, concentrating its largest part, significantly affecting the economic development of the region.
