Coping with stressful situations by adolescents with personal helplessness

the article analyzes the features of overcoming stressful situations by adolescents with personal helplessness. The subject of personal helplessness, which determines the low level of subjectivity, is characterized by low ability to transform reality, to manage the events of his own life, setting and achieving goals, overcoming difficult situations. It is revealed that a person with the personal helplessness in terms of coping with a stressful situation, with the aim of achieving the conditional psychological safety resorts to strategies for overcoming the «Self-blame» and «Search the perpetrators».
