The procedural significance of the jury verdict is the subject of research by many procedural scholars. This is due to the fact that the verdict of the jury in its content is a specific decision made within the framework of the trial, which is confirmed by the uniqueness of its adoption. On the one hand, the verdict is the final decision of the jury, in another case it is the basis of the court's verdict. At the same time, the peculiarities of the adoption of the verdict, its procedural significance of the relative impending verdict, the essence and consequences of the verdict require detailed scientific study due to the ambiguity of law enforcement.
