OPPORTUNITIES FOR IMPROVING INTERNATIONAL CONTAINER SHIPPING ALONG THE NORTHERN SEA ROUTE

This article discusses the issues of improving the organization and implementation of international container shipping along the Northern Sea Route, which makes it possible to increase the efficiency of its use for the further socio-economic development of the Russian Federation. The author proves that the implementation of the project within the framework of public-private or municipal-private partnerships carries the least legal risks due to the fact that in this case the form and conditions of cooperation are determined by the Government of the Russian Federation and are clearly regulated, and the most effective is the placement of cargo terminals on the territory of seaports located on the Asian and European shoulders.
