ANALYSIS AND OPTIMIZATION OF LOGISTICS COSTS IN SUPPLY CHAINS OF AGRIBUSINESS PRODUCTS

The relevance of efficient freight transportation for the agro-industrial complex (AIC) is difficult to overestimate, given its fundamental role in ensuring national food security. The purpose of this study is to comprehensively analyze the structure of logistics costs in agricultural supply chains, identify key issues, and develop practical recommendations for their optimization. To achieve this goal, the study addresses the following objectives: analyzing the existing route structure and transport corridors, calculating the cost of transporting typical types of cargo, assessing the magnitude and nature of losses, and developing proposals for improving logistics efficiency using modern technologies and management methods.
