THE IMPACT OF DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES ON STRATEGIC PLANNING PROCESSES IN ORGANIZATIONS

The article examines the transformation of strategic planning processes in organizations under the influence of digital technologies. The relevance of the research is due to fundamental changes in strategic management caused by digitalization: the transition from closed, elite practices to open, inclusive processes, the transformation of the roles of strategic actors, the emergence of new analytics and forecasting tools. The purpose of the study is to systematically analyze the impact of digital technologies on strategic planning processes in organizations, identify the main directions of transformation and systematize the factors determining the effectiveness of digitalization of strategic practices. Based on the analysis of scientific literature, the main directions of the influence of digital technologies on strategic planning have been identified. It is shown that digital technologies are transforming three dimensions of strategizing: expanding the circle of participants in the strategic process, the emergence of new tools for collecting and analyzing information, and changing the nature of strategic interactions. The barriers to the digital transformation of strategic planning are systematized: resistance to change, lack of digital competencies among decision makers, integration problems, and ethical risks associated with data protection. The conclusion is substantiated that, despite the emergence of additional strategic options, the fundamental assumptions of strategizing in organizations remain. The scientific novelty of the research lies in a comprehensive analysis of the impact of digital technologies on strategic planning through the prism of strategy as a practice, taking into account current trends in digital transformation.
