HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT IN A PERIOD OF ECONOMIC INSTABILITY

In the context of modern economic instability caused by global crises, technological transformations and geopolitical uncertainty, human resource management is gaining strategic importance. This article is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of adaptive HR management strategies that allow organizations not only to survive in times of instability, but also to form long-term competitive advantages. The paper explores the shift from traditional HR management models to flexible and human-centered practices focused on organizational sustainability. The relevance of the research is due to the need for a scientific understanding of the new challenges faced by personnel management systems: from managing remote and hybrid teams in conditions of uncertainty to maintaining employee engagement, mental well-being and maintaining corporate culture amid constant changes. The article proposes the author's concept of an adaptive cyclical human resource management system in conditions of instability, which is an integrative model that combines strategic forecasting, operational flexibility and investments in human capital as a key asset to overcome crises. Based on an analysis of the practices of leading companies the main principles of effective management have been identified: the transition from strict control to empathic leadership, the development of flexible competencies among employees, the introduction of digital HR technologies for data analysis and personalization of approaches.
