ON CERTAIN RESTRICTIONS ON THE RIGHT TO VOTE IN RUSSIAN LEGISLATION

the article draws attention to individual electoral qualifications existing in active and passive suffrage, examines trends in Russian legislation adopted by the legislator and aimed at expanding such restrictions, attempts are made to evaluate these legal actions from both a positive and a negative perspective, their importance for the development of the constitutional and legal institution of electoral law in Russia.
