TO THE PROBLEM OF PROFESSIONAL SELF-DETERMINATION OF HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS

The article presents a theoretical overview of the problem of professional self-determination and provides its analysis with a focus on the scientific works of philosophers, teachers and psychologists. Such an interdisciplinary study allowed the authors to substantiate and characterize the essence of professional self-determination, highlighting the following interrelated components: value-semantic, cognitive-reflexive, activity-practical and emotional-volitional. The authors give a brief description of the identified components and describe the specifics of professional self-determination of high school students.
