PSYCHOLOGICAL FACTORS OF PROFESSIONAL DEFORMATION IN EDUCATORS

Currently, the relevance of researching the influence of psychological factors on professional deformations in educators is gaining particular significance. The demands placed on educators are increasing every year. The activity of a teacher is characterized by a large volume of emotional involvement, as the specialist has a high number of social contacts daily and a high level of concentration on their work. This article examines the main psychological factors of professional deformation in educators and their manifestations in practice. The novelty of the research lies in the systematization of groups of psychological factors contributing to professional deformation in educators. The aim of the study is to identify the main types of professional deformations and the degree of their manifestation in professional activity, taking into account psychological factors. To achieve this goal, a study was planned, agreed upon, and conducted to identify professional deformations in the personality of educators. The conducted research revealed the presence of pronounced professional deformation in 6 out of 11 aspects among gymnasium teachers. Mild deformation was recorded in the aspects of demonstrativeness, didactics, dominance, role expressionism, and behavioral transfer. The research results underscore the urgency of the problem of professional deformation in educators and the importance of developing effective preventive measures.
