A STUDY ON THE COLLECTION AND COMPARISON OF MANCHUR-LANGUAGE ARCHIVES OF THE DAUR ETHNIC GROUP ON THE BORDER OF HEILONGJIANG PROVINCE

During the late Qing and early People's Republic of China, a complex set of factors influenced the historical development of the Daur people. Manchu and Chinese archival materials, as important primary sources, offer promising opportunities for studying the social transformations and cultural dynamics of the Daur people during this period, when their relationships with neighboring ethnic groups were changing. Through a detailed study and analysis of Manchu archives from the Qing dynasty, this article examines their value and significance for Daur studies. It also reveals the multifaceted and complex history of the Daur people during this specific historical period, offering new approaches and methods for their historical research.
