GRANT PRACTICES OF NGOs IN THE FORMATION OF INSTITUTIONS OF INTERCULTURAL RELATIONS AND INTERETHNIC CONSENSUS IN THE REGION (ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE REPUBLIC OF KHAKASIA)

Based on the analysis of data from open sources and scientific research, the article examines the conceptual foundations of non-profit organizations' participation in projects aimed at forming institutions of intercultural relations and interethnic harmony in the region at the regional level. The article also identifies problems in implementing interethnic harmony programs through non-profit organizations and proposes recommendations for improving the practice of cooperation between non-profit organizations and government agencies in implementing such projects.
