RESILIENCE AND COPING STRATEGIES IN ADOLESCENTS WHO HAVE EXPERIENCED TRAUMATIC EVENTS

The article is a comprehensive study of the phenomenon of resilience and coping strategies in minors exposed to traumatic events. The theoretical part systematizes modern approaches to understanding resilience as an integral personal resource and classifying coping behavior in Russian psychology. The empirical part is devoted to the study of the relationship between the severity of post-traumatic symptoms, the level of resilience and preferred coping strategies in adolescents and young people who were in combat zones. The practical significance of the work is to substantiate the need for targeted development of resilience in psychological rehabilitation programs for adolescents who have experienced trauma.
