Personality development is a multifaceted process studied by a number of scientific disciplines: philosophy, psychology, sociology, pedagogy, and law. The education system plays a key role in this development as a social mechanism where intensive personal development occurs. In the educational environment, individuals acquire fundamental experience: they master cognitive activity, develop research skills, and learn to interact with others. It is also here that they test their own capabilities through participation in joint projects, overcoming difficulties, and achieving success. The educational environment creates unique conditions for the development of psychological neoplasms that subsequently determine a person's life trajectory. Through constant testing of their independence and competence, individuals build the foundation for future personal strategies and behavior patterns.
