GENDER INEQUALITY IN BUSINESS AND POLITICS: PHILOSOPHICAL AND SOCIOLOGICAL ANALYSIS OF BARRIERS AND OVERCOMING STRATEGIES IN RUSSIA AND EUROPEAN COUNTRIES

The article presents an interdisciplinary analysis of barriers and strategies for overcoming gender inequality through the lens of philosophical anthropology and social philosophy. The theoretical basis of the study is formed by A. Honneth's concepts of recognition, J. Butler's gender performativity and C. Gilligan's ethics of care. Different models of problem solving are analyzed in the comparative perspective of Russia and Europe. Special attention is paid to successful cases of women in Russian politics and business. The conclusion is made about the necessity of an integral approach combining institutional, cultural and economic recognition.
