The perception of international legal norms on the protection of human life at sea in the individual countries and regional organizations

The author of the article conducted a study on the perception of international legal norms on the protection of human life at sea in the individual countries and regional organizations. According to the results of the conducted research the author concludes that it is possible to speak of a significant impact of in-ternational legal standards on various aspects of safety of human life at sea on the formation of domestic legal regulation and regulation at the regional level.
