Energy service contract as the contractual construction

The article explored the legal nature of the energy service agreement (contract). It is proved that the energy service agreement (contract) is not an independent civil-law agreement. It is proved that in common case, an energy service agreement (contract) is not a mixed agreement. Determined that an energy service agreement (contract) is a typical agreement construction.
