The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the issues of countering activities to attract funds and (or) other property and criminal prosecution. In the course of the study, a legal and technical analysis of measures for the prevention and prevention of crimes provided for in Article 172.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation was carried out. To achieve this goal and solve problems, the following methods were used: formal legal dialectical, methods of analysis and synthesis. Also, there is a need to increase the level of investigation of criminal cases in the disclosure of the crime under investigation, as well as the level of enforcement proceedings, the use of the principle of consistency, which will allow a structured fight against the problem of preventing further activities on illegal attraction of funds and (or) other property.
