ECOLOGICAL CAPITAL IN THE MODERN ORGANIZATIONS SOCIALLY ORIENTED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The article presents the author's approach to the analysis of environmental capital as socially oriented management resource. The authors investigate the environmental capital economic and social nature, its resource potential in the organization socially oriented management model formation. The conclusion about the influence of environmental capital on the socially oriented management model formation a based on the ESG management concept implementation is made. Further development of the organizations socially oriented management ecological aspect categorical and conceptual apparatus management sociology promising direction is proposed.
