ON THE POSSIBILITY OF RECOGNIZING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AS A SOURCE OF INCREASED DANGER

This article examines the possibility of recognizing artificial intelligence as a source of increased danger, defines general directions for the development of legislation, in particular, notes the need to work out issues of liability, the presence of mandatory liability insurance, due to the introduction of AI technologies. The work analyzes the current Russian legislation, as well as the approaches reflected in the doctrine on the issue of causing harm by a source of increased danger. The author concludes that it is possible to classify artificial intelligence technology as a source of increased danger. The article also notes the need to revise the existing approach to determining the figure of a responsible person in relation to harm caused by artificial intelligence.
