Identification of boundary conditions in the actions of fireand rescue sub-divisions to extinguish fires in underground structures

A comprehensive analysis of the conditions and parameters of firefighting control in underground structures, the organization of interaction and communication during the management of fire and rescue units, an analysis of statistical information and parameters of fire hazard of underground structures and parameters of fire in underground structures was carried out. Based on the results of the analysis, the boundary conditions were identified when making decisions by the fire-extinguishing manager when conducting hostilities to extinguish a fire at underground facilities. Consideration of the quantitative and qualitative parameters of the current situation, and the results of the comprehensive analysis carried out within the framework of this study, made it possible to form an approach to the analysis of boundary conditions and the development of management alternatives based on the analysis of the situation carried out by the fire-extinguishing manager. The use of boundary conditions when extinguishing fires in underground structures during the analysis of the situation will expand the set of management alternatives aimed at increasing the efficiency of decisions made and the safety of fire extinguishing participants. This work is intended for persons who make managerial decisions and manage forces and means when extinguishing fires in underground structures. The results of the study will be used to develop a model and algorithm for solving control problems when extinguishing fires in underground formations.
