The article explores contemporary methods for enhancing management and resource optimization in retail companies through the utilization of information systems integrated with neural networks. The focus is on developing a model of an information system capable of analyzing employee performance, identifying problem areas, distributing tasks, and providing real-time notifications to management. The paper offers an initial insight into neural network technologies in the context of retail, providing an analysis of the system's concept, functionality, advantages, and potential applications. In addition to the theoretical overview, practical examples of real-time system scenarios are presented.
