FACTORS OF INCREASING LOCAL NONSPECIFIC IMMUNITY OF THE ORAL CAVITY AFTER OPERATIONS OF AUGMENTATION OF THE JAW BONE TISSUE

The article discusses the main factors contributing to the increase of local nonspecific immunity of the oral cavity after operations of augmentation of the bone tissue of the jaw. It is noted that there is a need for research in the field of methods to increase the nonspecific immune protection of the oral cavity during operations of augmentation of the bone tissue of the jaw. The conclusion is made about the expediency of using the enzyme of the protein nature lysozyme in patients as part of the prevention of postoperative complications by increasing the local nonspecific immunity of the oral cavity after the operation of augmentation of the bone tissue of the jaw.
