The research presented in this paper focuses on examining the synergy of neural networks, semiotics, and tracking systems in information systems. The main attention is paid to expanding the analysis of tracking data, as well as the interaction and influence of neural networks on tracking systems, with the goal of developing more intelligent and adaptive information management systems. As an illustrative example, the application of a neural network for recognizing vehicle license plates is analyzed. The results of the study consider the synergy of semiotics and tracking technologies, and also outline prospects for the development of more effective information systems capable of analyzing the surrounding world and perceiving its semiotic context.

Keywords:Neural Networks, Semiotics, Tracking Systems, Intelligent Systems
