In early publications, the relevance and necessity of creating a software product that allows automating the calculation of the parameters of the heating wire during winter concreting was substantiated. Work has also been carried out on the design of the software product and its key components have been substantiated. The purpose of the presented article is to perform the next stage of work on a software product, including prototyping and development. The article presents the results of the selection of development environments, the creation of development tasks and the implementation of the first practical stage of work related to the development of a prototype of a future program. The materials of the article are an intermediate result of the creation of the program. In the subsequent studies, it is planned to continue work on the development of the final program product. At the same time, the materials presented in the framework of the current article reflect the main components of the work of the software and may be valuable for modern construction companies operating in conditions of low temperatures.
