THE ROLE OF SIMULTANEOUS ASSESSMENT OF HEMOSTASIS AND DOPPLER MEASUREMENTS IN THE EARLY DIAGNOSIS OF FETAL GROWTH RESTRICTION AND REDUCTION OF OBSTETRIC COMPLICATIONS AND PERINATAL LOSSES

Objective: To study changes in the hemostatic system at the stage of pregnancy planning, early pregnancy, with the additional use of Dopplerography in this category of patients, for early detection of hemodynamic disorders, with their subsequent correction in order to reduce the incidence of placental insufficiency and FGR, which will help reduce obstetric complications complications and perinatal losses. Materials and methods: This study included 501 pregnant women with an average to high risk of developing fetal growth restriction. The first group included 195 pregnant women who were admitted for observation at 8-16 weeks of pregnancy, the second - 191 pregnant women who were admitted for observation at 16-24 weeks of pregnancy, the third - 87 pregnant women who gave birth to a child with fetal growth restriction and those who have undergone prenatal training. The control group included 28 patients with a singleton physiological pregnancy with a low risk of developing fetal growth restriction.
