Produced by measuring the velocity of propagation of monochromatic beams of natural light in the medium of air. Found that the rate of white light (consisting of violet, blue, green, orange, yellow and red rays), adopted by the constant and the same for all types of radiation, c0 = 2,9979245810^8 m / s, is erroneous, because in this experiment was obtained fan speeds from 3,6-10^8 m / s to 1,58-10^8 m / s.
