Creation of structural model of motivation of labor activity of the employee of firm

The motivator is designed- a structural model for determining the estimate of the employee’s motivation to work through the comparison of the results of the process to promote and stimulate the perception of the employee that are designed to quantify the effect of force on an employee motivational processes. This article wrote on the basis of monograph: “The innovation and information technologies in the development of national economy: theory and practice”.
