Methods of optimization and automation of business

This article describes methods for optimizing business related to customer service, as well as applications 1C solutions to automate business processes. Customer service process can be optimized by automating all the “manual” operation, thus eliminating the human factor. Application of the proposed solutions in the article would lead to improving the quality of customer service and productivity.
