Net delay estimate in process of titanim sponge vacuum separation apparatus as a controlled object

A new method of net delay estimate of chemical-technology object with an unobserved internal structure and processes with an example of titanium sponge vacuum separation apparatus is proposed. An opportunity of 1-st order dunamic model using for 2-nd order object is shown. That allows to reduce a task of automatic control system modeling of such apparatus to the linear task.
