Differentiation method of a stomach metaplastic changes on the basis of the quantitative analysis endoscopic the narrowband mucous membrane images

The quantitative assessment metaplastic changes of a stomach mucous membrane method based on the multidimensional statistical analysis is offered in article. To segment tissues on narrow band endoscopic images was developed classifier, allowing to obtain objective information about changes in the tissues. Classifier decides by comparing diagnosed image with the image models, built for healthy and diseased tissue. Based on the obtained after processing an endoscopic image data is constructed diagnostic chart of the stomach, allowing to objectify a picture to identify the most dangerous areas requiring attention and histological examination. The offered algorithm showed high efficiency and is rather simple in realization.
