Three-tier medical information system

There is the formulation of three-tier medical information system. Main advantages of that software were considered here. There is the financial analysis of foreign experience effectiveness and forecast of these technical solutions implementation effectiveness in Russia. Also, we have formulated requirements for this medical system. Besides, we have considered optimal ways to realize this system, which consider the specificity of the subject area, and optimal delivery model for this type of software.
