There are the fundamental principles of biomechanics, which are valid for a system that combines basic and abutment of the prosthetic design, as well as bone and soft tissues that interact with them lying at the heart of the individual design of prosthesis device using implant. The aim of this paper is to discuss in details the method of solving this problem with the use of complex clinical examination, articulator and mathematical modeling to create the optimum configuration of the prosthesis. Since the success of dental implantation phase of prosthetic rehabilitation is a factor determining the effectiveness of treatment, emphasis in this paper is made on achieving implant stability. The work is illustrated with clinical examples for treatment of the patient with full secondary edentulous.

Keywords:edentulous; prosthetics with edentulous; implant; implant; bone voltage; resorption; math modeling; orthopedic bed; osseointegration.
