Optoelectronic system to measure basic parameters of the radiation of the laser diode in a free space

It is shown the possibility of fast simultaneous measurement mode structure and the degree of polarization of the laser diode. It was established that for such measurements it is necessary to use methods based on the definition of explicit function describing a diagram of the laser diode radiation pattern in the vertical plane. It is shown the overall design of opto-electronic complex for fast measurements of the power, the mode structure and the degree of polarization of the laser diode.
