Erythrocytes as a model for studying the state erythron system under influence of experimental sour gas at different stages postnatal ontogenesis

The study presents data on the state of erythrocytes morphfunctional final link in erythrone system in experimental exposure to sub-toxic doses of sulfur-containing gaseous pollutants, on the stages of ontogeny of experimental animals that correspond to child, adult and old age person. The findings suggest that the effects of sulfur pollutants leads to a profound disturbance of erythropoiesis processes, resulting in marked artificial "aging" erythrone system as a consequence of the deterioration of the conditions of its functioning.
