Conducts an analysis of possible ways of reducing the number of patients with a combination of HIV / TB infections among certain categories of the population. So, were used: an analytical review of statistics on tuberculosis, immunological survey data for the period from 2010 to 2014 and the data in terms of the incidence of HIV / TB branches GKUZ "Moscow City Scientific and Practical Center for Tuberculosis DMD." Based on the analysis of statistical data and studies of patients with HIV / TB infection revealed that the lesions formed by young people, including a large percentage of a drug or alcohol addiction, which greatly complicates the treatment.
