Review of method of building video data coder, exploiting special features, given by shooting video from UAV. Formalized basic principles for building one. Founded conditions for calculating the matrices of the primary projective transformation. Adaptation of the inverse Lucas-Canade algorithm for pyramidal projection transformation is carried out in terms of exact transformation. Combined the results of the actions of algorithms, proposed the way to further decomposition and compression of the frame
