This paper studied the temporal and amplitude characteristics of the ECG in the standard leads in boys and girls aged 18-19 years after dosed physical load in the form of the Harvard step test for two minutes. It was revealed that after the step test for two minutes significantly reduced the duration of the intervals R-R and the QT, and heart rate increased. In this duration QRS complex is not significantly changed. Changing QT and R-R after the load has occurred both in boys and girls. Duration corrected QTc interval did not change after the 2-minute step test as compared to the rest, which may indicate the satisfactory condition of the heart. Wave amplitude P, Q, S ECG in young men and women after a 2-minute step test was significantly increased, and R waves and T - has not changed.
