Stages in the development of procedures for delivering medical care in modern Russia

The changes in the normative and law regulation have been studied in the field of health for the last twenty years, history of development of procedures and standards for medical care administration that directly depends on quality, accessibility and safety of medical care have reviewed. And however the procedures of medical care administration appear to be widespread document they need to be future elaborated. This article covers the modern state of the procedures of medical care administration.
