Bioimpedance diagnostics device to study the effects of anesthesia and burns on a biological object

In East-Sibaria State University of Technology and management developed device for bioimpedance diagnostic, which determines for given frequencies electricity, resistance of biological tissues. That device allows to assess the state of organs and systems of biological objects under various external influences (burn, anesthesia, frostbite and others). Device difference from all other present devices in that it allows simultaneously obtain impedance data at different frequencies of the probing current. The aim of the study was to study external factors (anesthesia and burns) on a biological object using the bioimpedance diagnostic apparatus. The effect of external factors (anesthesia and burns) on the biological object (rat) was studied using the apparatus of bioimpedance diagnostics. Analysis of rat data under the influence of anesthesia and a burn with an increase in the exposure time of the impedance decreases, and as the frequency of the probing current increases, the impedance decreases.
