Use of stevia in products of functional purpose

The biological properties, chemical composition, nutritional value of stevia for the creation of products of a functional purpose for dietary nutrition have been studied. The feasibility and effectiveness of the use of stevia leaves as a raw material in rational nutrition is theoretically substantiated.
