Principles of designing cloudy technology of virtual engineering

The paper discusses the principles of digital modeling destabilizes impacts of external factors on the technical systems. A model of cyclic wave dynamics of entropy (self-organizing) mechanisms of dissipative systems is proposed. This allows us to formalize the problem of the depth control over the development of risks of destabilization of maintenance-free technical complexes under the influence of negative environmental factors. The principles of building software for risk management in the mode of cyber physical self-organization are considered.
