Effect of injection of peroxiredoxin 6 and paracrin factors of mesenchimal stem cells before chemical burn

The efficacy of introducing peroxeredoxin 6 and the culture medium of the paracrine factors of mesenchymal stem cells into the skin before the application of a chemical burn with trichloroacetic acid was evaluated. The evaluation was performed by visual and histological methods on rats of the Wistar line. The use of peroxiredoxin 6 and paracrine factors of mesenchymal stem cells had a beneficial effect on the regeneration of the epithelium after chemical burns.
