Sonographic evaluation of pressure in a small circle of blood circulation in newborns

Problems that are associated with diseases of the perinatal period at the stage of development of modern science are quite relevant. The leading cause of death and disability of children is the development of pulmonary hypertension and, consequently, the formation of a violation of hemodynamics and structural rearrangement of the heart muscle. From the first days of life, the development of persistent pulmonary hypertension is attributed to the earliest condition that reflects the disturbances in the child's adaptation systems. Timely detection of this pathology will greatly simplify the task of predicting the development of this condition, the early appointment of drug therapy or surgical treatment.
