In modern traumatology and sports medicine, post-traumatic pathology of the shoulder joint is very common. At the same time, due to untimely treatment, as well as diagnostic errors, a significant proportion are patients with severe pathological changes of the joint, in connection with which the therapeutic measures become ineffective. Of particular importance in these conditions is the accurate diagnosis of anatomical and topographic disorders in the shoulder region, since it is necessary to eliminate the existing disorders against the backdrop of changes that have occurred as a result of previous injuries.
